This is my staple/ everyday tea. I don’t use sugar in Earl Grey, so I have to steep this one a bit on the light side because it can go bitter if steeped for too long. The bergamot flavour varies quite a bit from one batch to another, so each new bag that I buy is a bit of a surprise. My daughter finds it too bitter, but I love it.
