Mmm, this chai from Harrison Hot Springs’ Tre Sorelle was delicious. Spicy and dark, although maybe a little too much on the vanilla side (I still haven’t come around to teas with vanilla added!)
Tried heated over the stove with soy milk. Not too spicy; the flavours came through a little muddled. Might be good to drink steeped plain without any milk.
Not my favourite Earl Grey. It’s a decent, but there’s much better blends out there. This one has a little bit too much of a strong, one-note bergamot flavour that overwhelms the tea.
I’m not really a chamomile fan but I make an exception for this one. The flavour is complex enough that it’s satisfying to drink even without caffeine!
This clovey, orangey blend was one of my favourite teas when I was a kid, but I think the formula, or my tastebuds, must have changed – the last time I bought a box I found it quite overpowering and less satisfyingly complex.
