All I can taste is the Sencha and a very slight additional flavor. It is so slight, I can’t even confirm it is cherry. I’ve tried this tea with various seep times and amounts of tea. The flavor doesn’t seem to change.

I have a preference towards green teas, and the fruitier blends. Black teas and floral blends just aren’t for me.

I use the hot water function on the coffee pot at work for seeping. Because of this, I don’t have a thermometer to keep track of temperatures.
