The hibiscus is the dominate flavor, but you can still catch a hint of mint mixed in the background. I don’t like an in-your-face mint flavor, and this blend gives me the mint benefits without the minty taste.

I have a preference towards green teas, and the fruitier blends. Black teas and floral blends just aren’t for me.

I use the hot water function on the coffee pot at work for seeping. Because of this, I don’t have a thermometer to keep track of temperatures.
