When I drink tea, it’s not about how exotic the tea is. When I try a new tea, it’s not about adding another tea to a “I’ve drunk it!” list.

When I drink tea, it’s about how much I enjoy that tea blend. It’s about knowing with what blend I’m about to spend the next part of day. It’s about matching my tea to what I need.

Yes, I’m going to try new teas, but if it’s not a good match to me, then it won’t go in my cupboard. Yes, I’m excited to try exotic teas, but if it’s not going to fill a tea need, then I won’t celebrate it.

I keep calm by drinking tea.
