Actually drinking a mixture of Irish Blend and Keemun. Didn’t have enough Irish Blend for an entire pot so I mixed. Pretty good stuff. I love black teas. No sweetners, no milk. Just tea.

Brewed today at recommended weight to water ratio. Used a lower water temperature. Still a bit weak to me. Still tinkering to get the best taste from this tea.

12 grams tea > 32 oz water

This Keemun infused a very, very dark brown. Aroma reminds me of bread. Taste is malty, and a bit sweet. It’s also slightly bitter on the backend. I’m still working with the right ratio of tea to water. I like this tea. I’m partial to black teas and this one paired well with orange flavored dark chocolate.
