The friendly staff are VERY helpful when you are trying to narrow down which tea (or teas) to try. I approve that there is a wide selection of loose and bag tea. They also have some great tea accouterments: tea balls, teapots, tea magazines.

The staff speak Chinese and are friendly when they explain how to brew teas properly. There is no sense of feeling rushed. to leave. You can spend hours there drinking tea and relaxing. They seem to offer endless amounts of 白开水
