Can you brew different types of tea in one Kyusu?
Hello, I recently got back into making tea and picked up some very high quality Japanese Sencha and Gyokuro. I am looking at a Tokoname kyusu 200ml teapot to brew these in. Awhile back I remember hearing that clay tea ware should have one designated type of tea because it soaks in some of the flavor? Is this correct? I plan on brewing mainly Kukicha, Sencha, and Gyokuro in it. Should I perhaps look for a porcelain one? Thanks!
