Matcha quality - not bitter?

I have tried a lot of matcha qualities. My favorite matcha tea is Ceremonial Matcha from Hug the Tea. The taste is creamy, grassy, light sweet and not bitter. Did you guys also tried this matcha? Which matcha would you not recommend?

Ceremonial Grade is the highest grade. Made from young leaves/first harvest. Delicate and very fine. Vibrant green. It makes a ‘thick’ matcha or Koicha. You should (of course) drink the highest grade of matcha with just water to enjoy the quality.
