Do you like drinking Oolong Tea?

Oolong Tea is made in a variety of styles and shapes. Due to partial oxidation the leaves tends to develop rich flavour but no briskness. I think sonme Oolong tasts delicious. Do you like Oolong? I like drinking Da Hong Pao, what about you?

I’ve been getting back into oolong after a long period where I mostly drank Puerh. I’m not big on really green or heavy roast, so need to find a middle road. For quite a while my favorite has been Phoenix Dan Cong, though there are others I like as well.

Some of my friends also drink Phoenix Dan Cong, may be I have to try it !

Hell yeah! Oolong is where it’s at! My name is ‘The Oolong Drunk’ for a reason :)

Taiwanese oolongs are the easiest to get addict to, next to Chinese oolongs. I would start with Alishan Oolong, because its the easiest Oolong to drink.

its the best type tea in the world – I know that is subjective, but it certainly is the most varied type of tea.

I love oolong! My favorites are Taiwanese Oolong, Tieh Kwan Yin (I’ve seen other spellings but that’s how it’s spelled on my tea tin), and Da Hong Pao. There are so many kinds of oolongs and I feel like I’ve only just begun my explorations. =)

Yes, you are right and you will meet many other kinds of Oolong tea, enjoy them!
