Very good. I may have oversteeped this as it was a little bit bitter – still quite good though. I found this very smooth, creamy and a little bit astringent. There is a definitely cheesecake aftertaste to it which was surprisingly authentic-tasting. Next time I think I’ll add sweetener and see how that changes the flavor. Definitely a keeper.
