Okay, I had a tough time saying “no” to this tea. But let me explain why I said “no,” because I’m probably more middle-of-the-road than anything else.

This sleepytime tea is fine. It definitely puts me to sleep, and it’s nice to have, yes. It smells of mint, but the taste overall is flat. I don’t get anything from it. It still does the trick, occasionally a little honey in there is nice, but I wouldn’t call this tea anything extraordinary.

It does soothe me to sleep at night, and it does smell lovely. So for those reasons alone, it’s a nice spare tea to have in your cupboard. But there are better teas.

You can call me Jennifer. I am a writer and content creator living in the PNW after a lifetime of growing in the South.

I love tea. I used to be more obsessed with coffee, but in recent years, tea has stolen my heart and almost completely replaced coffee. I hope you enjoy my reviews of the many teas I drink.
