I had a tea a few years ago that tasted just like this. It’s mostly coffee-ish with rooibos in there too. It’s simple, but not bad! I prefer Teeccino, but that’s a lot heartier. This has a lighter vibe, leaning more toward sweetness than bitterness.

I haven’t tried a coffee/roo combo, but it sounds like they would fit together nicely.

This is a lovely caffeine free chai. It’s a shame SipsBy seems to maybe be going under? I’d love to have more at some point.

This is the last of it, I need to decide if I want it as a staple. Well, I think while very yummy, I don’t think I should keep an earl grey in my collection since I likely won’t reach for it.

I think I had a storage mishap because the tea flavor seems gone. I’m new to the world of loose leaf and was hoping I could use it quickly….

This is not heavy on the bergamot flavor in this earl grey which I love. A very cozy rainy day tea!

This sample from Sips by had under three teaspoons of tea, so I couldn’t even have one large mug of it, which is a shame because I really like it. I taste ginger, cardamom, and black pepper. It’s pretty strongly flavored and great with milk. I really enjoy the balance of spices here. It’s a bit spicy and very satisfying. I’d consider ordering some of this. It’s great to find a hearty herbal chai!

This morning seemed perfect for a tea that felt like a cozy cloud, so I was excited to brew this up. It hasn’t rained today but given the weather all week, why not?

I see where they call this a mild chai; the spice comes through in the scent of the dry tea and the cup, but it’s hard to taste while hot. I noticed a lot more of it in the colder cup. I like the idea of these spices on a green tea base but I’d like more of them.
