Steeped for 4 minutes. I haven’t quite made up my mind about the first two cups of this. Seems like it might be better mid-day than for breakfast.

Really liked this. More assertive than I’d expected. Reminded me of some of the more fruity Ceylons or the grape-y 1st flush Darjeelings.

I tried this to start my Saturday morning. I added a hint of honey which actually went well with this tea. Great perk to start my day.

My first cup was excellent and I only steeped it for 2 and a half minutes at 175 degrees. I also have tried it iced and was pleasantly surprised of how fresh it tastes.

Drinking this with my lunch today. Found it best to follow the directions: Let the water cool for a minute from a boil and steep for 2 minutes.

Sad to think that this is my second-to-last helping of this stuff. On the other hand, the outstanding re-steeps I’ve had with this tea has really extended its presence in my collection. I’ll probably start looking up possible replacements soon.

It’s been a while since I cracked open this tin. I wanted to get my darjeeling sample from adagio out of the way, and then I fell in love all over again with the DFT’s Nepal, and I overlooked this stuff for a while. It’s great as always though, as if I never left it.

Fan-tas-tic. Such a great tasting tea!

Seems to me that the second cup is stronger, perhaps due to the longer steeping time as recommended on the site. Tasty as to be expected though.

Incredible. Third infusion, still getting quite a big of flavor. Nearly every other tea I’ve had to date is too weak by the third, but this still really good.

Second Infusion. Surprisingly, I found it to be just as flavorful as the first round. Quite enjoyable, if I do say so m’self.

First loose green tea I’ve ever tried. I know that the casablanca twist is labeled “green” on Adagio’s site but I don’t think it (the casablanca) counts. I’m trying to type this while I drink it, but I keep grabbing the mug for a sip. I think this’ll become a favorite of mine!

I’ve been enjoying this tea in the morning with some soy juice and sugar. Great tea to get the day started!
