Tiger Monk is a fantastic roasted oolong, and aptly named. It has the complexity and body of a good jade oolong and the mouthfeel and chi of a good lightly roasted taiwan oolong. It makes a beautiful cup of tea.

Tastes extraordinarily bitter, as any ‘bitter nails tea’ should. Color develops quickly, with hints of purple. A beautiful brew, but only truly suited to drink as medicine.
