I’ve been drinking this tea this week while not feeling so good and loving it. It doesn’t seem to work for me as a sleepy time tea, but it is very soothing to drink. It has worked better for me as a relaxing tea when I am stressed. The flavors are sharper than what I’d like for a bedtime tea, but do seem to sooth both throat and stomach. I added honey for a sweetener.
