You have to be really careful with this tea, I won’t front. If you’re a very exacting teasmith (unlike yours truly), you’ll probably get a perfectly decent tea from this; if you dare over-steep this, though, you’ll get a bitter and acidic tea that takes a lot of doctoring in order to find palatable. That kind of gamble isn’t my thing, which is probably why it’s a little more full than the rest of my rapidly-emptying tins in my cupboard.
