3 Tasting Notes
Next time use scanter teaspoons, I think. It’s understated on the bergamot and a bit bitter in the finish, but I think that might be due to brewing the pot just a little strong. I like that it’s not over the top, but I’ve had Earl Grey’s I’ve liked better. Probably a good base for lavender.
Flavors: Bergamot
Preparation
I picked this tea up on my first visit to London and even aside from the pleasant associations therewith, I adored it on its own merits. It is everything I look for in a breakfast blend. A round deep taste, a little bit brisk and delicious with milk. I could drink this all day, every day.
Flavors: Dark Chocolate, Malt
Preparation
Slightly bitter but not at all unpleasant. A low-impact blend ideal for afternoons. I actually like it better by itself than with milk. All in all, probably not a staple for me.
Flavors: Butternut Squash, Kale, Vegetal
