Not Recommended
While I didn’t notice any drastic relaxation from this, it does seem to help de-stress a little bit. Very strong licorice flavor, so if you’re a fan of licorice, I would definitely recommend drinking this tea at the end of a long day. Given that I don’t really enjoy the taste of licorice, I wouldn’t personally buy this again.
