A lovely little tea shop that served me my only real ice tea in Australia. The owner was knowledgable and friendly. If it were nearby I’d visit it often.

“The” place to go for tea, and if you’re anywhere near the area make the detour. Once I showed interest in real tea I was enthusiastically shown many teas of which I bought small amounts of all. So far they have all been wonderful especially the Sencha Fukamushi Mt. Awantake. Wow! I wish this place was in my neighborhood.

A good selection of teas. This is a chain of local tea shops. The staff has different levels of tea knowledge at different locations. More expensive than their teas warrant. Good if you run out of tea and your online order hasn’t arrived yet.

Nice owner, but this is not a tea shop. If you are serious about tea don’t even think about going here.

This place was such a disappointment especially since I was really looking forward to going there. The tea was expensive and then incorrectly brewed. The staff stuck us in a corner and then ignored us. The so-called tea sommeliers knew nothing about the teas. And did I mention that the teas were were incredibly expensive!!! But they did have some lovely looking teas on the menu.

Not really about the tea at all. I ordered an ice tea there and it was presweetened so I returned it and said that I had ordered unsweetened ice tea. I was told that all the ice tea was sweetened and it was only a little bit and they would not make an unsweetened ice tea for me. Yuck, I drink tea, unsweetened and a place that advertises that they are a tea shop should be able and willing to accommodate real tea drinkers and their requests.

Lovely friendly place. I go for their oolongs primarily. They serve it Gong fu style which makes for a nice leisurely after of tea sipping. They have a small selection of Asian style food served in a benton box. Not exciting but tasty none the less. Great selection of Gong fu tea pots and other tea paraphernalia, too.

This place is wonderful and they know their tea. They have a great selection of tea ware and teas and whenever I’m in Michigan I go there.

Fabulous place to enjoy tea. The owner is extremely knowledge and if you show interest in his traditional teas he will be very helpful and enthusiastic. If I lived in Toronto I’d be there everyday.
