This is officially one of my favorite teas. Just as another reviewer mentioned leaving the tea bag in the cup while sipping, I also leave it in until the last drop. It never gets bitter, just stronger. It’s slightly sweet and tart with a hint licorice (fennel, to be exact) and, to me, smells like a bouquet of flowers as you sip.
