I worried that the granulated honey would make for a sickly sweet tea, but no. Middling sweet with a solid and comfortable black tea base. The lemon peel isn’t strong at all. So the tea remains comfortingly mellow with just a hint of citrus brightness. Goes very well with a bit of milk. Lovely rainy day tea.
