These tea filters are absolutely brilliant and soo convenient! I use them for mainly CTC teas or flavoured greens/blacks or herbals (like DAVIDsTEA’s North African Mint, Peet’s Coffee and Tea’s English and Irish Breakfast teas, and Teavana’s Berry Almond Amaretto). I save oolongs, pu’erh and long leafed teas for my DAVIDsTEA Steeper or DAVIDsTEA’s gung fu teapot, which brew better with those teawares.

January of 2013 I picked up DAVIDsTEA’s The Matcha Essentials Kit, which contains this spoon. The spoon is well made and sturdy and is perfect for measuring matcha. I love it!

I have a white Perfect Tea Mug from 2010 that I absolutely adore and that is in perfect condition. It is a wonderful tea mug and perfect for brewing just one cup of tea or for doing multiple infusions with. I love the lid that comes with it, it’s perfect for holding the strainer when your tea has finished brewing. Great product, especially for newcomers to loose leaf tea!

I bought these January of 2013 when they were on a big sale (they were already decently priced to begin with, but were a major steal when i got them) and I absolutely adore them! They’re super cute and well built. I mainly use them when I do gung fu brewings and they’re just perfect! I don’t have a cha hai, but my 1 cup pyrex measuring cup does a fine job for now.
