Spring 2018- extremely light and sweet. Can take heat and doesnt turn bitter. Lacks any bite. Perfect for if youre busy and going to forget that your tea is in your cup. Refreshing.

Sweet and vegetal. Vegetable broth. Excelent.

Sweet and bitter. Brews red.

Very slightl smoke that fades, vegetal, bitter, some spice. Fairly viscous, delayed faintly sweet huigan. Ironically the chi has me feeling faded. Brews out a little quickly.

Fairly dark. Very mellow. Some degree of sweetness.

Buckwheat soba noodles. Delayed but significant fruity huigan.

Fun for dessert. Orange comes thru increasingly at the end. Overall, wish it had a more balanced taste but I enjoyed it. Fun to have around. Would be great for winter.
