Hey guys my name is Mira. I’m a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in Toronto, Canada for Busy Bee Fitness Experts. What can I say? I absolutely love tea! I drink several types throughout the day and find that it assists with weight-loss. My favorite is probably green but there’s nothing better than black on a cold winter night. The comfort of cinnamon or the tranquility of chamomile. It acts as a diuretic, so it increases your metabolism and helps you shed some extra weight. I try to avoid caffeine as much as possible, I’m a bit of a light sleeper. My strict fitness routine keeps me energetic enough as it is.

I work in a variety of health and fitness fields. I mostly focus on strength conditioning and weight-loss, but I’m also a yoga and mindfulness group instructor. I also work with seniors on mobility and stretching, mostly as a way to keep them mobile and active. And guess what – we provide our yogis with tons of nice herbal teas. I also think it’s essential to incorporate a variety of training, a customized approach works best for most clients. Physical and mental wellness can’t be separate. You have to be well-balanced to achieve the ultimate zen.

I’m also writing a book based on my experience as an experienced fitness professional and traveler. I’ve been fortunate enough to have experiences with all types of people, many with different goals. I’ve also seen many areas of the world, having been to every continent. It’s been an eye-opening experience and I wish to share some of the life philosophies I’ve come to discover along the way. It’s probably more a book about self-awareness than anything. I’m going to share this shortly in my profile. I actually went to Bali last month, a popular Yoga destination, where I held a Yoga and mindfulness retreat. It was a huge success, as we had roughly 100 enthusiasts show up.
