I brewed in 75°C and 3 minutes like the man said(company). It tasted kinda like Lung Ching. But I’v had better. A bit grassy a hit of sweet,quite too watery. Mayby I am making injustice for thease teas by using water from the espressomachine boiler. I miss propper waterboiler.
