3 Tasting Notes
Love love love this tea! The yogurt adds a creamy texture, and the peach taste is not an artificial kind. She’s a peach! :) Seriously wish this tea was still around. I would love love love if anyone had any left that they would like to share.. please contact me! :)
Preparation
It’s September 1st and a very cool, damp day outside in Cape Breton, NS. Feels like autumn is coming early.. so this definitely sets the mood for a warm tea. I searched through my collection for the perfect choice.. and stumbled upon Genmaicha. I dug my nose into the bag.. and yup, definitely going with this one. Steeped it at 165F for 2.5 minutes and it’s perfect. A warm mug of toasty green tea and a new book on the veranda. Bliss.
Preparation
Seriously.. this is my all-time favourite tea from DAVIDsTEA. I’m glad it’s sticking around as a permanent tea, and hopefully for a long time. I recently stocked up on 250g of it during the awesome $14.50/250g web special promotion. I like it best with a splash of chocolate milk. Chocolate, cinnamon, coconut and vanilla.. what more could you ask for? It’s like a healthier version of a hot chocolate. David really knew what he was doing when creating this tea. It’ll forever be in my collection.
