Still my favourite Earl Grey, made even better by a splash of oat milk – and a digestive biscuit.

One of the most delicious teas I own and what I would consider one of Ahmad’s flagship blends. It’s incredibly moreish on its own, but also works nicely with a little rock sugar.

I’ve yet to find an Earl Grey that can topple this as my favourite. It’s not too rich, easy on the bitterness, and perfect on its own or with milk.

My favourite tea for a rainy day – or for a day in LA when I want to pretend that it can be here. A toned down black tea with an aroma reminiscent of a distant campfire on a cool autumn evening.

Certainly not an overpowering tea, a pleasantly even and mild floral flavour, with a playful hint at the natural bitterness of black tea. Perfect for a slow afternoon.
