The second steep of this tea is certainly more along the lines of an oolong. Perhaps this is since herbal teas do not tend to re-steep well but oolong will and thereby that was the flavor captured. There is still a hint of the the other flavors. The rose is prominent, with the strawberry and champagne playing subtle but certain background notes. It’s now softer rather than the bubbly feeling it had earlier. Perfect for the evening or late afternoon when you want to curl up. I left this cup cool halfway through drinking it and its delightful cool as well. I’m looking forward to trying this tea iced.
