Caffeine: Black teas, which are fully fermented tea has approximately 45 mg of caffeine per 8 oz cup (compared to on average 90 mg of caffeine per 8 oz cup of coffee)
Taste: This is no mass-merchant blend, but a robust morning blend that the British adore. You’ll find hints of earl grey to give it a slightly different flavor.
Brewing: 1 tea bag per cup or cup and a half of hot water. Brew for two to four minutes. Add a hint of milk if preferred.
