From Soleil Tea

Eden is a premium black tea blend scented with aged Tahitian vanilla extract and Madagascar Ylang Ylang. The liquor is richly floral with warm notes of vanilla beans and sweet spice.

Native to tropical rainforests, Ylang Ylang is known for its intoxicating fragrance akin to jasmine and neroli. Mature blossoms are picked at sunrise and steam distilled to extract the highest quality essential oil. Ylang Ylang has long been used to lower high blood pressure and promote relaxation in aromatherapy.

Here’s Hoping Teabox – Round Seven- Tea #29
Hmm, couldn’t find ANY info on this tea and that probably means it is old. But it’s a black tea and I could have swore I was tasting hints of something fruity, possibly fig? I liked it, just wish I could find info.

As a librarian, I like trying to dig up info… since the company website is gone, I did find a little on another tea blogger’s site [http://sororiteasisters.com/2016/06/26/eden-soleil-tea/ ]. I’m not getting archive.org to work at the moment, but the company website used to be https://www.soleiltea.com/product/tea/black-tea/eden/ , so it might be worth trying to feed that link into archive.org and seeing if there is a copy saved at the ol’ archive.org. In any event, "Eden is a premium black tea blend scented with aged Tahitian vanilla extract and Madagascar Ylang Ylang. The liquor is richly floral with warm notes of vanilla beans and sweet spice.

Whoa, you’re quick and THANKS for the info! Not what I expected at all, because this one definitely seems fruity. And awesome, you’re a librarian. :D
