In celebration of Victoria’s landmark St. Ann’s Academy, we’ve created a tea worthy of this peaceful oasis.
St. Ann’s Orchard is a blend of mellow black tea infused with delicate notes of peach, apple & pear from the orchard, along with rose petals.
When served hot, it makes a comforting, uplifting cup of tea. It has a natural sweetness, but you can also add a dash of honey and serve with some lemon or orange wedges.
The delightful fruity notes emerge more when the tea is iced, so it makes a spectacular iced tea. Sweeten with a splash of apple or pear juice, or honey.
Beautiful, historic gardens and the extraordinary natural beauty of the westcoast are part of what makes Victoria special to us, and it has inspired several Silk Road blends including Seamist, Point Ellice House and Royal Abkhazi.
