From Rowan + Sage

Connect to your roots with this blend of roasted chicory, burdock, dandelion, and elecampane blended with aromatic herbs like ginger, cinnamon, and clove. Root to Rise is a delicious blend of herbs and spices that have traditionally been used to support liver health, as prebiotics for a healthy digestive tract, and to help warm you up and clear stagnation. It tastes earthy, grounding, but slightly sweet and delightfully warm – a perfect blend for a cold winter day! Enjoy Root to Rise as a coffee alternative in the mornings or whenever you feel your liver/GI needs a little bit of love.

Add 2 tsps per cup of hot water and steep for 30 minutes or decoct for 15-30 minutes for an even richer brew. To make a decoction, add 2 tsps per cup of water to a pot on the stove, bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes and then strain and drink. Enjoy daily as a coffee alternative or when you need a little liver support.

Organic Chicory Root (Cichorium intybus), Organic Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Organic Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Organic Elecampane Root (Inula helenium), Organic Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Organic Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), Organic Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)
