From Harney & Sons

This sampler allows you to explore different versions of Taiwan’s classic oolong from central Nantou County. Dong Ding means Frozen Summit in Chinese. When the chills of an Asian winter happens, it really does snow up there. We have a light roasted, a medium roasted and a dark roasted version of Dong Ding, so you can decide which version you like. Originally, there was only the dark roasted. Over the last few decades, the Taiwanese have perfected lighter roasting, which allows the flavor of the tea to predominate. The final selection is a very nice floral version of this rolled oolong.
