From Grand Tea

100 Tea Bags (8 OZ.)

Oolong Tea (pronounced: wu long) a traditional Chinese tea is considered between green and black in oxidation, ranging from 10% to 70% oxidation. The taste is more like that of traditional green tea than to black tea. With the stridently grassy notes that typify green tea. The best Oolong tea in the world is known to be grown in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province and in the Central Mountains of China. Another benefit of Oolong is the low level of caffeine, the average cup of has about half as much as a cup of black tea, and about half again as much as a cup of green tea.

This stuff is kind of starting to grow on me. If I let it steep a bit longer you can taste a hint of something sweet but not enough that it lingers for long. Not as bad as it seems when I first got it.

On an off-note, my two boys are big enough to sit up in their Bumbo’s now which makes me excited. If you don’t know what a Bumbo is, then you need to look it up. Probably the single most awesome thing you can have as a parent. It’s just a chair, but you can move it anywhere for them to sit in or feed them in.

Went to the same restaurant. Had the same tea. Tastes the same. Good for finals week, though — warm and has some kind of taste to it.
