I needed something to top up my last DT order, and since these were on sale, I got a couple, basing my choices entirely on the reviews of Roswell Strange!
I cold-brewed this for… quite a while. I can’t recall how long, and then froze it and took it to the cottage. It ended up being quite tasty and fruity, much like a less sweet berry-based fruit juice. I couldn’t really taste the black tea, though this blend did taste more robust than some of the strictly fruit blends I’ve had, so that was probably its contribution.
Will write specifics about it later, but it was definitely enjoyable.
This is the last and third tea from the cold brew collection that was recently released. I guess I saved the best for last! It smells really good! I also accidentally steeped this longer than planned since something last minute came up and I forgot all about it! We are talking about 18 hrs steeping here! That didn’t ruin it though since it tastes AMAZING! I find it’s exactly as the name suggests-a burst of berry flavor (strawberry/raspberry). It also tastes like cherries to me! I just love, love, love this one!

This was my cold brew from last night, as I was writing tasting notes, and it was exactly the refreshing and hydrating drink that I needed. I love the berry notes in this tea; I’ve yet to try another strawberry/red berry tea that makes me feel the same way this one does.
