In the season of spring tea in 1996, Mr. Zhang Yilin got acquaintance with Mr. Chen Shihuai, both of them shared the same opinions on the cognizance and development of the Pu’er tea, then they decided to ally to open a factory, and extend the processing scale of the Sanhe Tea House. The combination of Hengfengyuan and the Sanhe Tea House is the forebody of Changtai Tea Group. The group company set up a fermented tea processing workshop with the processing scope of over 2 thousand tons in Jinghong City of Xishuangbanna, and process the serialization of product such as cooked brick tea, cooked tuo tea and cooked loose tea.
