I really like this flavor combo especially for a bagged tea!

I cold steeped this in a cup of water overnight. REALLY impressed for a bagged tea. More peach than passion fruit, but it’s a nice refreshing real fruit taste. The black tea base just disappears into the background. Pleasantly surprised.

My taste buds are off today since I have a cold. Hot tea, though, is nice on the throat, especially Ahmad’s fruity flavors. The cold mutes or tones down the flavor and it is less intense than it should be, though I do taste both the peach and the passionfruit. I think I would like this tea a lot more without the cold. As the tea cools somewhat, the flavors come out more.

I bought it, already liking Lemon & Lime Twist by Ahmad a lot.
This one’s not as good but still solid. Lots of peach (more) and passion fruit (less) aroma, fairly natural. A touch of sweetness, only threshold acidity, a bit of astringency. Really nice flavoured tea. I need to try it cold.

I remembered these fruit teas as being amazing last time I had them, but I may have been spoiled with other teas since. The peach flavour is very artificial, like peach candies, and i’m not picking up on the passionfruit at all, this would not be an unpleasant flavour if it did not clash with the bitter tea as much. I felt the combination made it rather medicinal, like those flavoured disolvable painkillers kids get sometimes. Not very enthusiastic about that.

From a sampler; long neglected in the office stash. I think I scorched the first round, which may have something to do with the age of the remaining couple of bags. However, a shorter steep time helped. Nice balance of both flavors and tasty on ice even without completely chilling it first.

I’ve bought this brand before and it was hit or miss for me.

Oh wow, I absolutely steeped this one way too long. Distracted at work as usual. It’s so bitter. A little cream helped but wow is it astringent. My fault completely though. I’m not very familiar with passion fruit, but the peach is there. It’s not exactly fresh, ripe peach; more artificial.

Dumping this cup due to user error. I’ll try again.

“Distracted at work” tea is the worst tea. #TeaFact

Haha, that is absolutely fact.

Although I enjoyed it, I was hoping the passion fruit flavor would be more present. Peach and black tea flavors were there, though.

How i got it: Bought it (Looking for a fruit-flavored tea, i was about to try an Akbar, but decided for this one instead).

Experience: Intense aroma, dominated by the peach, although you can note the passion fruit and the tea to a lesser degree. Its has an intense flavor too, being mainly defined by the peach, but having more presence of the passion fruit. The base tea is specially bold (the same sensation i got from Ahmad’s English Breakfast) and can easily turn out a little bitter if oversteeped. The downside? I missed a bit more of definition, naturality and richness in the flavors. On the other hand, it has quite much potencial for an iced version. Not a very impressive tea, but a good one anyway.

Would i buy it again?: I’d say this tea is a bit above the average, so it has its possibilities.
