Steep 5 minutes in hot water, then pour over ice and soak overnight in fridge. Use 1 sachet per quart of water, 2 sachets for a pitcher.

Drinkable, but not necessarily enjoyable. Tastes like unsweetened berry water. Not sweet, but not bitter. Does not induce any puckering. Might be better with citrus, or a sweetener? Would require a LOT of sweetener. Soaked 2 sachets in a pitcher for 12 hours. Tried 09.2018
