From A Quarter to Tea

Tea of the Month for November 2017

Lightly floral with fruity overtones, a rush of vanilla, and a touch of effervescence. Just in time for the holidays.

Had this probably a month or so ago. I believe it was a share from VariaTEA (thanks!) as I’d indicated I previously enjoyed it! Still true, and the remaining couple cups are now headed to work to be consumed this week or next.

Someone complained I’m slacking on trying my teas so here I am, trying my teas. Tbh I don’t love this one. I think it’s the “effervescence” of the cider or maybe it’s just the overall artificial quality I am getting but I just am not a fan.

Hahaha I can’t bet you to all your teas! That would be just wrong :)

Normally I adore A Quarter to Tea’s oolongs, but this one just isn’t doing it for me. It feels overly floral, with a sharp potpourri note. I do sort of get the cranberry, and the tea definitely has a holiday vibe, so that part is interesting, but I’m just too sensitive to perfumey teas to really be into this.
