Part of my retry of flavored Adagio teas.
Again, I am underwhelmed here. There is flavor, there is scent, but if I wasn’t told this was supposed to be caramel I would never guess it. Disappointing since the toffee flavor from August Uncommon’s Golden Arrow just screams toffee without added sweeteners, milk, etc. So I know its possible, but its not happening here.
The first time I tried this (wow, a whole 5 rating) it seemed horribly bitter to me. I don’t see that now, but I have developed a blindside for bitter. I hardly even notice it anymore.
Does not resteep well.
Not bad, but not good either. just eh. I’d drink it, but I would go to other teas first if they are available.
