103 Tasting Notes
Whew, back at work again and there’s snow on the ground and I’m exhausted and congested and depressed but… it’s the 11th hour of the day and I’m drinking Elevenses (that paragraph in the Hobbit about multiple meals always makes me laugh) and it’s a lovely enough tea for sure, but with these Lorna Doone shortbreads I’m nomming on in true Hobbit style, it’s DIVINE. Blueberry tea and shortbread cookies – yes, please.
Is it wrong to post a tea more than once? IDK. Today is awful, again, but Stiles tea helps. And feels from this week’s episode. And fic. I leave you with fic recs:

Fandom…. ILU
Had this yesterday while cooking Polish food and watching TeWo with my sis… while wearing my Stiles hoodie. Sometimes fandom just services itself. 3rd cup of the day after Sebastian Michaelis & Forest Draught.
Smoky and bitter! HAHAHAHAHA oh Derek. I’m GREATLY AMUSED by these Stilinski & Hale blends. I thought this one was a bit harsh, but it def grew on me after a few sips.
OH, I GET IT – CHERRY. STILES. CHERRY. Stiles is a virgin. (Don’t worry, Stiles, your sourwolf will figure it out someday.)
In the bag, this tea smells kind of ridiculous and annoying, like cough syrup (or Stiles) but the more you drink it you realize how awesome it is and you want it have it around all the time (like Stiles). Who doesn’t love cherry, almond, & cocoa? It’s like chocolate cherry pie.
I’ve had other Stiles teas, and they’re usually very very green (STILES SMELLS LIKE FRESHLY CUT GRASS TO SOURWOLVES IN FANON, GET IT?) which is totally fine, but I am very amused by the jokey cherry hokeyness of this tea which becomes more familiar and sweet and reminds me of my mom’s cherry pie recipe (with lots of almond extract) in the end. See, memories of mom. How many ways can this tea be tied to Stiles? Let me count the ways. No, really, let me…

Thanks to Shmiracles <3 I get to try SO MANY FANDOM TEAS !!! Nightvale, Teen Wolf, Black Butler, Hobbit, Sherlock. I’m drinking Stiles & Derek this afternoon, and for breakfast I get Elven Nectar tea, which is a beautiful little tea. It tastes like forest springtime, apricot & marigolds. Like golden fruit flowers nectar – just like the name. I’m excited to try more teas but I knew I wanted to get up this morning and drink this first. Yay Friday!

Chinese black tea? Roses? It’s like they made this one just for me, and it’s so lovely. Too bad I just drank the last of it : ( I would drink a small mountain of this tea.

do you think you like this one even a little more than the Le Palais des Thes version by the same name? er probably both the same.
i suppose we’ll need more than one company anyways, if we’re gonna buy you that tea mountain.

oh woops you were drinking American tea Room. i guess we are getting to the tea cupboard point where i should probably label more thoroughly. ;) there are worse problems to have!
