I can’t really decide if this is a blend I recommend just yet. It could’ve been that I under steeped it, I made 3 teaspoons in my DavidsTea perfect steeper for about 4 minutes and felt the taste lacked a bit. I could taste the lemon most and raspberry slightly but it really just tasted like flavored water.

H is for … Headache Halo (Ode to Tea)
I just have to start by saying I am actually obsessed with this Rooibos blend from DavidsTea. It’s probably my favorite rooibos blend they have created. It’s perfect for this nights when I have a mild tension headache or just when I need a nice cup to help me fall asleep. Tonight is the second of the two, I knew when I had to drink I blend that started with H this would be the perfect would to save for the end of the night!!

G is for …. Green Tea! (Ode to Tea)
This one’s a mystery!! I have a had a couple mystery green teas gifted to me a little bit ago now that I have just stuffed away and slowly picked at. Well today’s the day I will be drinking the last of that back and all I know is that this blend is made by Harney and Sons. Love crossing empties off my list and being able to add physical items into my discard basket, this time its a baggie that use to hold some miscellaneous green tea bags!

G is for … Green Tea with Coconut!

Let me tell you I am not a huge green tea fan at all, but when I steep these tea bags just right, I am obsessed with these light, coconut flavored teas! I was gifted a baggie of four a while ago in a swap and this was my last one, sad to see them go but there’s another blend I get to see leave my collection. I won’t be officially counting this as my empty until I finish the last green tea by Harney that I kept in the same baggie. It’s not the coconut blend, but it is some mystery green tea I have loved!

Woke up this morning not feeling 100%, stomach feeling whoosy and a bit nauseous. What better way to fix this then with a heaping cup of ginger tea! This blend brews out to a beautiful reddish, pink color and smells strongly of the ginger and turmeric. At first sips ginger is the first flavor to hit my tongue followed my a sweet taste, I’m guessing from the beet and pineapple. If turmeric and ginger are your cup of tea this is one you must try!

I honestly don’t mind this tea without any sweeteners or creamers, just completely black. This isn’t a tea I would keep my the bag in even though this is something I am usually guilty of. Taking it out earlier I feel helps to minimize the soapy flavor that people sometimes can have with this blend and just a plain lemon, black tea blend.

E is for … English Breakfast! (Ode to Tea)
I love a nice cup of black tea, sweetened with some sugar and topped off with coffee cake creamer, such a treat for my morning. Tea of Life, makes amazing tea bags in all tastes and blends, their black tea blends are so warming and a perfect way to jump start the morning. These are some of my favorite tea bags to have on hand!

Steeped this as a tea bag hot to end my night. Found it to be sweet with no tart, which was fine for me but I also do enjoy the tart flavor of some tea blends. I believe it was because of the ratio of water to tea that I didn’t get much flavor. I still tasted the sweetness from the tea bag and fruity ingredients.
