This stuff is great iced. It has a green tea base with flavors of lemon and ginger. I have never really loved it hot, but I do enjoy it iced on a hot day.

I’m still trying to figure out what I think of this tea, it is flavored will but something is off. I have had better Black Currant Tea’s and I think that they contained higher quality base teas. Whatever they use to flavor this tea though is pretty good, it doesn’t taste artificial to me which I prefer. I am sort of picky with fruity teas, I love fruit flavored black teas that don’t taste candy like. This tea does not taste candy like at all, I just wish the base tea’s were of a slightly higher quality.

I just tried the sample of this that I got with my last mighty leaf order. This tea has a lot of flavoring of pineapple and mango added to it. The flavoring takes the spotlight with this tea, but if you take time to focus on it you can find some green tea flavor.

drank Blood Orange by The Tea Table

This stuff smelled great, when it was brewed it didn’t live up to the smell. All in all it ended up tasting a like a decent orange pekoe but you could smell some blood orange before you drank it.

Everyone on here that is saying all earl greys taste the same need to take a second look. In my humble opinion you have some pretty crappy earl greys on the market and some pretty good ones. Just because the tea is flavored in the same style as a competitor’s tea you can still get huge differences. With that being said this is one of the better earl greys ( although not the best ) on the market. This earl grey is more complex than many of the other earl greys I have tasted.

Specifically you can taste the tea and it isn’t overpowered by the bergamont flavoring, I like this aspect of this specific blend of Earl Grey. I don’t think the tea leaves are as cheap as many of the competitors version of Earl Grey.

Put simply this tea sucks.

At first inspection I opened up the bag and enjoyed what I was smelling. Than I drank this schtuff, it is very bitter and the bergamont is cheap and overpowering. I still have the majority of my 3 ounce order and I don’t want to throw the stuff out, but I really don’t enjoy drinking it.

I originally purchased a bag of this about a year and a half ago and just got another bag. I am glad that the tea is still pretty good. This tea is more vanilla than earl grey, and it is fairly sweet, and not super astringent. If you add some milk and sugar this tea turns out to really good.
