This is one of my go-to teas when I am feeling a bit nauseous or bloated (especially after dinner time) or when I am just wanting a flavorful spiced tea. I love the strong, warming sensation that lingers a bit in the back of your throat after each sip, and the pepper is a nice balance to the intense ginger flavor. I find it fantastic with a bit of honey.
