Okay, last 5g of my sample brewed at 95˚C – better, less astringent but still has some astringency in the third infusion onwards, and still no flavour / notes / wow factor.

Increasing rating from 40 to 50.

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 0 min, 15 sec 5 g 4 OZ / 120 ML
