The Jasmine Puerh by Discover Teas is definitely one to steep a few times. On the first steep, the leaves had not fully opened, and I was tasting a very strong jasmine flavor with earthy pu erh undertones. As I continued to steep, the pu erh flavor diminished and a wonderfully smooth jasmine green was uncovered. The leaves continued to open more even at the sixth and seventh steep! A small amount goes a long ways. A great pu erh for pu erh beginners. It is also VERY hard to oversteep this. I did three minutes for the first steeping, but increased the steep time with each, and eventually went up to 6 minutes.
