I ate the last mango in Paris…. but there was still mango tea in the pantry.
Mango is the unofficial fruit of today. There is a scent of mango and some citrus notes. The flavour is nicely mango, with a little peach. A good fruity blend.

Tasting note of the beast.
“It’s those changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes
Nothing remains quite the same
With all of our running, and all of our cunning
If we couldn’t laugh we would all go insane”- Jimmy Buffett
One of my recent teas from the local shop. There is a nice mild mango aroma. The flavour is lightly sweet and tropical. Would probably be good iced.

One of my new tea samples. I decided should drink more green and oolong teas. There is a nice ginger scent, with more fruit notes when brewed. The flavour is sweet and mostly ginger. It does have a lemon and lychee flavour, but that is slightly hidden.
Overall, I really like this blend.
Flavors: Citrus, Ginger, Lemon, Lychee
There is a nice aroma of flowers and chocolate. The flavour is more floral with mild chocolate and vanilla notes. It is nicely sweet, and a good dessert tea.
Had some while re-reading “Peony in Love” by Lisa See.
