Thanks OMGsrsly for sending me a couple of sachets.
I’m not doing well with this one. In my world pomegranate oolong sounds wonderful, key word there being “sounds”. In reality this doesn’t work for my tastes. Tart, bitter, vegetal, weird fruit – that’s my impression.
I probably would have bought some of this when/if I ever get around to a H&S order. OMGsrsly, if nothing else you saved me some money – thank you.

I saw this at chapters today also but didn’t buy it when I noticed the oolong is Tie guan yin. I learned I don’t do florals so was afraid. I also don’t dig pomegranates but for some reason I reached for this tin. Maybe it was before my brain kicked in and started analyzing. I agree, pomegranate oolong sounds awesome. Based on your review, I am happy I left it on shelf.
I think I get blinded by the name of the tea and often don’t look at the details. You might like it, but it was a miss for me.
I really love Harney and Sons, and I know a lot of people who love this tea, but the Pom totally covers up the oolong and I just don’t get it. I would greatly prefer unflavored oolong to this.

Haha. No worries. :) I like this one cold steeped better, I think. Just for a few hours though.
