127 Tasting Notes
At the beginning ultra-green, but then undergoes an exciting transformation. altogether very fresh and light, depending on the stage slightly bitter and with a discreet, pleasant "coarse"character.
Flavors: Bitter, Green, Sweet
Preparation
Slightly mineral and floral with a subtle bitterness and sweet, vegetable note, surprisingly intense body and beautiful “stable character”. The first two infusions have a slightly unpleasant, hard to describe note (soapy-oolong-like?), but from the third infusion on, the actual character of the tea comes forth. In the 2016 version, however, this note is not (any more?) present, so maybe only a temporary phenomenon.

Flavors: Bitter, Floral, Fruity, Honey, Sweet, Vegetal
Preparation
Beautiful full-bodied with a very silky texture and from the first sip on intensely fresh-floral, slightly bitter notes as well as a discreetly invigorating Qi. Undoubtedly a very good tea, but for my taste a little too “clean”.

Slightly bitter, nutty-earthy and slightly bitter after old books, no “where dui wei” any more present, quite persistent though somewhat mixed leaf quality.

Flavors: Bitter, Earth, Nutty
Preparation
Beautifully spicy and oily without being too heavy, but still with an interesting texture. Unfortunately only very discreet Qi. [only had a sample]

Flavors: Floral, Honey, Spicy, Sweet, Thick
Preparation
Traditional-stored Sheng with barbecue sauce – that’s how this tea can be summed up. Moist, warm, woody-sweet notes under a very intense layer of smoke, which is not a bit aggressive but a very pleasant, super soft texture. Rather unsorted leaves – from large, strong leaves to the whole branch – everything is included, which makes this already extraordinary tea even more extraordinary.

Flavors: Leather, Smoke, Sweet, Wet Wood, Wood
Preparation
Interesting fragrance, but very light in taste and reminds of white tea. A pleasant, calm tea for a longer infusion time.

Flavors: Flowers, Hay, Sweet
Preparation
Soft and heavy, due to a certain humidity a very nice moss note which also makes the tea look much older.

Flavors: Heavy, Moss, Nutty, Vegetal, Wet Moss, Wet wood
Preparation
At the beginning, very nutty and floral-vegetable with slight herbal notes, the aromas transform into a pleasant, freshly bitter-sweet blend with subtle fruitiness. Slightly light body and rather coarse in the processing but altogether very tasty and multi-faceted.
